How do I add my insurance broker?

There's a couple ways to do this: at the Certifications of insurance level or at the Settings level. We'll walk you through both processes below.

  • To add your broker at the Certificates of insurance level, click on Project compliance on the left and then click on Certificates of insurance.
  • Click the Manage brokers button on the right.

 

  • Click the Invite button on the right in the section labeled Brokers.

 

  • Enter your insurance broker's email address and select which policies they will be uploading for you. If you are unsure, feel free to select all the boxes. When you are finished, click Send invite.
    • Note: The ability to customize which policies your broker provides is useful if you use multiple brokers for different policies.
