How do I add my insurance broker?

There's a couple ways to do this: at the Certifications of insurance level or at the Settings level. We'll walk you through both processes below.

  • To add your broker at the Certificates of insurance level, click on Project compliance on the left and then click on Certificates of insurance.
  • Click the Manage brokers button on the right.

 

  • Click the Invite button on the right in the section labeled Brokers.

 

  • Enter your insurance broker's email address and click Send invite.
    • Note: If applicable, feel free to check or uncheck the boxes next to the policies this person will be providing. That way, they will only be notified for policies they provide coverage for. This feature can be useful if you use multiple brokers for different policies.
