How to use the Invoicing management tool

1. Locate the Invoicing module

  • The Invoicing module is located at the top of the screen.

 

2. Click New invoice

 

3. Enter invoice details

4. Upload invoice & add additional details

  • The additional information can be found on the right side of the screen and continues into images 4a-4c.

4c. Once all fields are completed, click the Send button in the upper right.



5. Confirm the invoice amount and send

 

6. Your invoice is now in the Sent status

  • Your GC will be notified about receiving an invoice and can review it inside the platform.
