How do I set up my project's workforce participation goals?

To track diverse labor hours, you first need to set up your project goals. Here is how to do it

  1. Head over to your diversity tab and click on "new project"
  2. The project set up page will open. Enter your project information, most importantly, fill out the following fields:
    • Goals: add the target participation percentage for each diversity type tracked. Add as many goals as required.
    • Subcontractors: select all the subcontractors for which you wish to track diverse labor hours on this project.

  3. When you filled out all the information, click "Create"
