How do I set up my project's workforce participation goals?
To track diverse labor hours, you first need to set up your project goals. Here is how to do it
- Head over to your diversity tab and click on "new project"
- The project set up page will open. Enter your project information, most importantly, fill out the following fields:
- Goals: add the target participation percentage for each diversity type tracked. Add as many goals as required.
- Subcontractors: select all the subcontractors for which you wish to track diverse labor hours on this project.
- When you filled out all the information, click "Create".
