How do I request a waiver for an insurance policy?
First, click on the COI request you'd like to request a waiver for. Next, scroll down to the bottom of the page where you see the COI Request Statuses. To the right of each policy, you'll see a link that says Add waiver request.
Click on the link and provide a reason for the request and click Request waiver.
This request will be sent to your GC and await approval. If the waiver request is approved, you will see a button that says Waived next to the policy on the Insurance tab.
