This can be useful if you are looking to turn off notifications that may not be relevant to your role, to the project you are on or if you'd like to customize how frequently the platform should sent notifications to your subcontractors.
- Click
in the upper right corner of the screen. Then click on Settings from the menu that appears.
- Click Notifications on the left sidebar.
System notifications
- Check or uncheck the boxes of each module for which you'd like to receive email notifications .
- Click Save when you are done.
Project notifications
- Use the search bar to select the projects for which you'd like to disable notifications. Note: this only applies to your account and does not disable notifications for anyone else.
- Click Save when you are done.
Subcontractors notifications
- For each module, select the reminder frequency (Once a week, every other week, etc). Then select the days of the week on which you would like your subcontractors to receive the email notifications. For example, in the screenshot below, subcontractors will receive email reminders for COIs to submit or renew every week on Tuesdays.
- Click Save when you are done.
