As a subcontractor user, this can be useful if you are looking to turn off notifications that may not be relevant to your role or to the project you are on.
- Click
in the lower left corner of the screen. Then click on Settings from the menu that appears.
- Click Notifications on the left sidebar.
System notifications
- Check or uncheck the boxes of each module for which you'd like to receive email notifications .
- Click Save when you are done.
Project notifications
- Use the search bar to select the projects for which you'd like to disable notifications. Note: this only applies to your account and does not disable notifications for anyone else.
- Untick the "Disable email" checkbox for the projects that you'd like to take off your ignore list.
- Click Save when you are done.
