How do I add a user?

Invite your team to Constrafor to get the most value from the platform. Follow the instructions below to add users to your account.

1.  Click on the   icon.

  • For GCs, this icon is in the upper right corner.

  • For subs, this icon is in the lower left corner.

2. Click Settings from the menu that appears.


3.  Click Users & Roles on the left side.


4. Click New User on the right side.

 

5. Type in the new user's email address and select their role.

  • Note: Different roles have different permission levels. For more info about what each role has access to, check out this article.

 

6. Click Send invite.

After clicking Send invite, the invited team member should check their email for the registration link. If they do not see it, advise them to check the Spam folder. If it still isn't there, please contact support@constrafor.com
