Constrafor utilizes an autocomplete feature to expedite the account registration process. If you click outside of the box without selecting a pre-filled address, you will get a red error message when you try to click Join at the bottom. See the screenshot below.
So even though the address may be correct, the system will not recognize it if our autocomplete feature was not used.
To fix this, type in your address as normal and when the suggestions appear, click the one that is accurate to your business. See screenshot below.
When you select the correct address in the suggestion box, you will be able to complete account registration with Constrafor.
Note: For companies located in a territory not recognized by the system (ex. Guam), please use a placeholder address at another location to complete account registration.
