Why can't I see COI requests for my client?

If you log into Constrafor and you see this:

It's most likely because you haven't accepted the invite to act as a broker for your insured client.

After receiving the invite email and setting up your account, double-check you are connected to their company as a broker in the Companies tab. If you are not connected, your client's company will appear in the Pending Invitations section.

Click the blue Accept button to connect your account to theirs.

The company will move from Pending Invitations to Active Brokers.

When you head back to the Certificates of Insurance tab, you will now see all the requests awaiting a COI submission.
