Yes. Constrafor provides the ability to accept or reject individual sections of your subcontractor's form.
Let's say your subcontractor submitted their prequalification form but forgot to attach their safety plan. Your reviewers can independently accept all the compliant sections of the form (financials etc) but reject the only non-compliant section (in this case, Safety).
First, the reviewer in charge of reviewing the non-compliant section will be click on "Reject" for that section and will be asked to leave a rejection comment to be shared with the subcontractor.
Second, the prequal manager will be able to send back the form to the subcontractor in the GC review section. This will not affect the other sections that have been accepted.
Lastly, the subcontractor will be able to review the rejection comment at the rejected section, modify their submission and resubmit, without affected the other sections that have already been accepted. The overall status of the form will be "Rejected" until the subcontractor resubmits.
Hope that helped!
