The process is designed to be simple and efficient, focusing on the key information needed for credit review.
Step 1: User Information
Enter personal details, such as email, password, and address, to create a Constrafor account and gain access to the onboarding portal. After this step you will need to verify your email address.
Step 2: Business Information
Provide details about the business, including company name, address, and contact information. A driver’s license can be included but is optional, even if acting as the principal.
Step 3: Financial Documents
Upload the financial documents required for credit review. These typically include:
-
Tax Forms – Provide the latest copies of business tax filings.
-
Work-in-Progress (WIP) Reports – Detail current projects and their statuses.
-
Financial Statements – Include balance sheets and income statements for the past fiscal year.
-
Project-Specific Documents – Upload documents such as contracts and invoices related to ongoing or recently completed projects.
Progress can be saved and completed later if all documents are not immediately available. A full checklist of required documents is displayed during the application process to ensure completeness.
