The Universal Form is a helpful tool to save you time when applying to prequalify for projects.
Get started by click Project compliance on the left side. Then click Prequal from the menu that appears next to it and click Universal form.
Fill out each section.
- Note: the colored bars on the side indicate the completion rate. When the bar under a section title is green, it means you've completed all of the fields in that section. If the bar is orange, it means you are missing some pieces of information. If the bar is red, it means you haven't started filling in any fields for that section.
When you are finished, no further action is needed since the form auto-saves your responses.
Now, when a general contractor invites you to prequalify, once you open the invite, your universal form will auto-fill the entire application and all you will need to do is click Submit.
